Life well travelled

"My heartline runs in all directions simultaneously. It pulls and tugs at the bones of a landscape, licking the deserts dry, sending salt through the rapids. Truth told, I can’t be still. I will never take in a place, my heart flees unwillingly. I find peace in transit. I settle in movement. Thus, my soul reeks of, yet revels in chaos. An aching eternity of arrivals and departures; I have no home. The palpitations of the Earth define the beat of my heart, and I will always be embraced by the furious warmth of change. Take me nowhere but everywhere. Life unperturbed by consistency. My skin spills free."
